1 Acceptance of Terms

By installing, browsing, downloading, or using the RareAnime mobile app or web platform ("Service"), you agree that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept all of these terms in their entirety, you must immediately uninstall the application and cease all access to the Service.

2 Description & Nature of Service

RareAnime provides an optimized interface for anime fans to discover titles, review episode listings, organize bookmarks, track viewing progress, and view publicly available web media streams.

• We do not rip, encode, upload, or own the multimedia content linked in the index.
• All anime media, series titles, artwork, character illustrations, and audio tracks remain the sole intellectual property of their respective creators, animation studios, and official copyright holders.
• Streaming quality and server availability may vary based on third-party host latency and user network conditions.

3 DMCA Copyright Policy & Takedown Procedure

RareAnime complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation. We respect the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and take allegations of infringement seriously.

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works.
2. Specific URL or anime title within RareAnime corresponding to the allegedly infringing index link.
3. Your legal name, organization/studio, physical address, telephone number, and official corporate email.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. An electronic or physical signature of the authorized representative.

Send all DMCA takedown requests directly to: dmca@kingrtk.com or submit them via our Contact Us portal with subject "DMCA Copyright Notice". Valid takedown notices are executed within 24 to 48 business hours.

4 User Accounts & Acceptable Use Policy

When participating in user comments, discussions, and profile creation, you agree to adhere to community standards:

• No Hate Speech or Harassment: Any harassment, hate speech, bullying, defamation, threats, or discrimination will result in immediate permanent account termination.
• No Malicious Activity: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, inject malicious scripts, launch DDoS attacks, or exploit API endpoints.
• Anti-Spam: Promotional spam, affiliate link posting, or automated comment bot scripts are strictly prohibited.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5 Intellectual Property

The RareAnime application source code, UI designs, brand logos, color schemas, icons, and software architecture are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not duplicate, redistribute, rebrand, or sell the software application without prior written authorization from RareAnime administrators.

6 Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, RAREANIME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED PLAYBACK, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAREANIME, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

7 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, block IP addresses, or revoke access to any portion of the Service immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

8 Amendments to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app or website after changes are posted constitutes full acceptance of the newly modified Terms.
